Get yourself a mentor. I have just come back from having coffee with one of my mentors. Every business owner should have a few mentors. A mentor:
- Is a great listener
- Is a great advisor
- Is someone you trust
- Is someone you can share your problems with
- Is someone that encourages you
- Is someone who inspires you
- Is someone who is straight-forward and honest with you
- Is someone you can call anytime
- Is more than a friend
