If you want to grow your business you have to accept that as an entrepreneur you will make some good and some bad decisions. If you’re not making mistakes your not learning. Learn from your mistakes and build a profitable business.
If you have employees or a business partners allow them to make decisions but accept that they will make mistakes. I would rather have an employee that makes decisions and makes mistakes than having an employee that doesn’t make mistakes because they don’t make decisions.
Encourage your people to make decisions and accept that they will make mistakes and you’ll build a great business.
