A Kauffman Foundation study shows that companies founded during recessionary times have a higher likelihood of becoming economically important. In the study, “Entrepreneurs and Recessions: Do Downturns Matter?,” Kauffman Foundation Senior Fellow Paul Kedrosky presents findings and an analysis regarding how economic conditions impact startup success.
