Through our national network, Student Workforce helps companies mobilize great staff in a variety of areas. More and more we are helping brands get their message across to the 18-30 year old demographic through marketing savvy brand ambassadors who are able to connect directly with their peers.
Why did you decide to start your own business?
It has always been my dream to be an entrepreneur. I love developing business ideas and the marketing plans to make them successful.

Responsibility.

Accounting and paper work

Identify and discuss a few lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?
- Focus. Concentrated effort over time produces great results. Know your strengths as an entrepreneur and spend your time do those things that growth your business. Outsource anything that is not your strength and takes valuable time away from you.
- The value of a strong team. Your staff is vital. Your business depends upon their commitment, talents, and enthusiasm.
- Get your systems in place ASAP. Automate you business processes so you can be as efficient as possible and concentrate on growth.
What advice would you give to an aspiring entrepreneur?
Follow your dream. You only fail if you never try.
