When growing your business, you don’t have any time to waste. You must concentrate your efforts effectively. It’s easier
to attract new clients when you have a clear idea of who those clients might be.
In sales, that means:
- Target, target, target… Identify your ideal target market.
- What target market (group, niche) can you supply better than anybody else?
- Where (area/city/province/country/community) are these customers located?
- Who are these customers? Are they from a particular demographic or industry?
- Which customers will potentially be your most profitable?
- Look at your current database, identify profiles of your best clients and find customers similar to the ones
you currently like doing business with.
