These are some excellent characteristics of great sales people. If I had to pick one only it would have to be PERSEVERE

I would add they make the customer feel important and appreciated. Relationships count~ in the long run for repeat and referral business. Ask Joe Girard ~ The Greatest Salesman in the World according to Guinness World Book of Records.
