I feel the same way about using prior projects.
Any initiative I do, and I mean ANY, will be used in any other place it is useful.

It is not good to waste time and energy looking for the “new” way, when something you already have done works perfectly.

It is also important not to be selfish with your knowledge. If you give a lot, a lot will come back to you.
