		<description>Great stuff.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I feel the same way about using prior projects.&lt;br&gt;Any initiative I do, and I mean ANY, will be used in any other place it is useful.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is not good to waste time and energy looking for the &quot;new&quot; way, when something you already have done works perfectly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is also important not to be selfish with your knowledge. If you give a lot, a lot will come back to you.</description>
