- You determine your monthly salary. The smarter you work the more money you make. There is no limit to how much you can earn. I have met small business owners that earn more than they can spend, I have yet to meet someone who works for a boss who says they earn too much.
- You are the boss so you set the rules. You will enjoy the independence. All those things you hated about working for a boss can change. You can make your business fun to work in.
- You get the opportunity to do what you love. There is nothing better than making money from something you love. Work then becomes a pleasure.
- You determine your future and you are responsible for your success. You have the control you always dreamed of.
- If you have a successful business you have job security. Nobody can lay you off.

That's why I have not given up. First you offer product or service with value then get rewarded for it. I am determined to start my business despite up and downs. I'm also committing to change the playing field for new start ups. The existing business incubators, support centres are woefully inadequate. They are well funded with taxpayers money but they do not offer essential services for new start ups.
