It is quite interesting how the first 10 seconds that somebody is selling you a product pretty much define whether you want it or you don&#039;t, and everything else becomes icing on a cake.</description>

		<description>Actually, the same is true if one wants to be an effective person whether in business or in personal life.  For example, if you want to persuade a significant other to vacation as a ski holiday in the Rockies while she would prefer to lie on some sunny beach, you have to sell her the benefits of a winter vacation.</description>
