- Develop a simple filing system so you can find papers, files, bank statements, invoices quickly
- Have dedicated places for items in your office. The Stapler is always in the top drawer
- Allocate a specific time of the day or week to do administrative tasks
- Have a clean up day every 90 days where you get rid of “just in case” items
- Clear your desk daily
- Employ a bookkeeper
- If you’re probably never going to get to it, get an organizer in and pay them to sort out your stuff
- Don’t give up

Some handy tips in there although sometimes its easier said than done.
One item I think could do with a mention is having a “whiteboard” or “mindmap” proccess in place so you can jot down focus ideas and thoughts as they appear. That way when you're engaged in the running of your business you don't lose focus of the matters at hand.
