With these steps complete, you are ready to work on your plan.
Keep your plan simple and short…talk about the next three years, and limit your plan to ten pages.
Of course, not everything will work out according to your plan. Be prepared to adapt to unforeseen events or marketplace changes. Be true to your goals but remain flexible in terms of how you will achieve them.
