What does your business do?
Notable.TV is a taste makers connection to the new, noteworthy and aspirational. Through video we provide an online destination for viewers to consume what’s notable and leave the rest behind. We create community online and offline via Social PR, Video-Blogging, Events and Word of Mouth.

What makes your business different?
Two things:

We’re Notable. We think differently. Guess what? So does your target market. We have our ears and eyes on the pulse of what’s “Notable” to our psychographic, not what the other “what’s happening” sites say what’s happening, but what is really happening. Notable Events, People, Music, Fashion, and Special Features are our core focus. If you want to reach the influencers – you know, the people that talk, that spread trends and connect, NotableTV is the only destination.
We are video-holics.

Why did you decide to start your own business?
Saw a market need for the 24-39 year old generation to have a definitive destination for all things that matter ie: all things Notable.

Identify and discuss a few lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?

The clock never stops – there’s no start time and end time
You will encounter, almost every week, someone that wants to join you for the ride but isn’t willing to put in the time to get there – tell them it was nice to meet – and walk away fast!
Don’t be stern about your original business idea and close minded to other avenues/directions that your business may go to – it’s like mc’ing a show, have your lines and discussion points down cold but if the crowd throws you a curve ball be ready to grab it.
Find that one thing that keeps you sane outside of work
Throw caution to the wind and understand that the “quality of life” that you thought you needed is as much a myth as the thought that getting a “steady job” is the way to go.

What advice would you give to an aspiring entrepreneur?
Don’t take no for an answer
